This month will be exciting. 

I wanted to make it even more awesome by encouraging every single one of you to be active this season. Thus, I put together a fitness calendar that is ALMOST the equivalent to the traditional advent calendar. Except with this calendar instead of eating yummy chocolate for **each day of the month, you commit to doing one simple exercise**.

Every day has a different exercise that you can do in the comfort of your office, your home, or your gym with minimal or no equipment at all. 

Looking forward to moving with you this coming month to **improve health one minute a day.**

I am a published scientific immunologist and microbiologist, an active and experienced Black belt in karate, with over 24 years of experience in physical activity pursuing a certification in certified functional strength coach (CFSC) in order to increase the wealth and access to health of communities in need of an affordable, sustainable, innovative and easy way to be healthy.

Je voulais le rendre encore plus génial en encourageant chacun d'entre vous à être actif cette saison. Ainsi, j'ai concocté un calendrier de remise en forme qui est PRESQUE l'équivalent du calendrier de l'avent traditionnel. Sauf qu'avec ce calendrier, au lieu de manger un délicieux chocolat pour  **chaque jour du mois, vous vous engagez à faire un simple exercice**.

Chaque jour a un exercice différent que vous pouvez faire dans le confort de votre bureau, de votre maison ou de votre salle de sport avec un équipement minimal ou nul.

Au plaisir de bouger avec vous ce mois-ci pour **améliorer votre santé une minute par jour.**
